This is a one hour vinyasa flow yoga class open to all levels (suitable for beginners), designed to help you breathe, move and strengthen from the inside out. Perfect for dancers who want to add dimensions of mindfulness and focus to their art. This class moves at a certain rhythm and has a musical and creative element which adds fun to functionality for a well-rounded practice.

Designed for martial arts practitioners, this Yoga class is geared towards increasing flexibility, strength and breath alignment through a one hour mindful asana (physical) practice followed by a half hour of meditation. This is internal training for those who want to deepen their personal practices and is suitable for all levels.
* The meditation part of the class can be attended by itself and will start promptly at 10:15.
