Designed as evening and weekend sessions, ‘Heal your Emotions, Heal your Body’ group workshops are an incredible way to dive deeper into your inner work in a safe group environment. The workshops start with movement followed by meditations and group exercises incorporating emotional healing using mind-body techniques. Working in a group setting can be very therapeutic and supportive to those wanting to explore their innate healing abilities.
